We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The role involves welding per blueprint specifications, determining proper welds, callouts, and positions to complete jobs efficiently. You will be responsible for reading detailed welding blueprints and executing tasks with precision. The primary focus will be on MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel, ranging from 7 gauge to 1/4''. Additionally, you will assist in cutting materials, organizing and staging them for other employees, as well as fabricating, operating machines, grinding, cutting insulation, and finishing parts. This position consists of 80% welding and 20% other duties.
