At Arrow,we'recurrently looking for aMid/SeniorCustomer Support Associate.In this position,you'llhave the opportunity to contribute individually and as part of a team by managing complex post-booking processes, ensuringtimelyorder fulfillment, and supporting high-tier customers across the full order-to-invoice cycle.

WhatYou'llBeDoing:

  • Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.

  • Responsible for Post-booking to Invoice process, including but not limited to maintenance of Value-Addedorders & andfollow-up to complete the post-booking process.

  • BacklogManagement.

  • Responsibility for complex andhigh tiercustomer backlog.

  • Work with the buyer and different portals toexpeditefactory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands.
