The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience designing and developing interactive digital learning solutions for federal audiences, strong proficiency with modern eLearning authoring tools, and a solid understanding of adult learning principles. This role involves collaborating with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and FEMA program stakeholders to build high‑quality training that supports emergency management competencies.
