The role requires 6+ years of experience in infrastructure support with strong exposure to production environments, along with intermediate to expert knowledge of middleware messaging platforms such as Solace and IBM MQ and good hands-on experience with Linux. The candidate should be capable of managing and supporting middleware platforms, troubleshooting production issues, handling incident management and escalations, and contributing to 24×7 production support. Experience with infrastructure automation using Ansible, Python, or Java is preferred, along with prior exposure to BFSI environments. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are essential, as well as the ability to ensure consistent monitoring, perform testing and upgrades of middleware environments, and log, track, and analyze operational metrics while demonstrating flexibility to learn new technologies and a proactive approach to task completio...Ready to Apply?
