Required Technical Skills 8–12 years of hands‑on experience in Middleware Administration Strong expertise in: IBM MQ (Queue Manager, Channels, Clustering, HA/DR) JBoss / WildFly Application Server IIS (Microsoft Internet Information Services) Apache Web Server Experience with middleware installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations Strong understanding of messaging concepts, transactions, and integrations Experience with SSL/TLS, certificates, authentication, and authorization Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems Experience with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios, etc.) Understanding of networking concepts (ports, firewalls, load balancers)
