Job Description

Provide technical support services including installation, administration, configuration and product patching/upgrade on middleware products. Perform monitoring, problem diagnostics and performance tuning of middleware services
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support services including installation, administration, configuration and product patching/upgrade on middleware products
Perform monitoring, problem diagnostics and performance tuning of middleware services
Provide application deployment and production support services
Prepare technical, system and operation documentation
Provide 24x7 on-call production support as required
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 7 years hands-on technical experience in the following products on AIX, Linux and Windows platform:
Apache HTTP Server 2.2.x, 2.4.x
Apache Tomcat 8.5.x, 9.0.x
BEA WebLogic Integration 8.1
Oracle WebLogic Server 9.0, 10.3.6
