Position Details

Farwell Middle School seeks a highly qualified Middle School Math Teacher to provide engaging, standards-aligned instruction for students in grades 6–7. The ideal candidate will foster a growth mindset, promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and create a positive classroom culture that encourages student achievement and confidence in mathematics.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver rigorous mathematics instruction aligned with Michigan Academic

  • Develop engaging lessons that promote conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and real- world application of mathematical concepts.

  • Utilize data to drive instructional decisions and improve student

  • Differentiate instruction to meet the academic needs of diverse

  • Create and maintain a safe, positive, and structured classroom

  • Regularly assess student learning and provide timely, constructive
