The developer should have approximately 3+ years of experience, preferably in different companies, as this greatly influences their versatility when dealing with different development techniques and project lifecycles.

The developer should use their accumulated experience in programming languages, frameworks, patterns, and project development to technically architect new projects and anticipate possible problems and solutions. They can also propose and participate in developing new frameworks and internal tools for less experienced team members, with special attention to process efficiency, quality, and security.

In sum, a Mid Programmatic Software Engineer is expected to be at least familiar with design patterns, software architecture, code optimization, and code documentation. Such developers should also have good communication skills.
