Mid-Level Technical Architect

We are looking for a hands‑on Mid‑Level Technical Architect to design, document, and guide the implementation of enterprise solutions involving contact‑center platforms, conversational AI, voicebots, chatbots, system integrations, cloud services, and data migration. The role bridges business stakeholders, clients, developers, infrastructure, security, vendors, and project delivery teams. The ideal candidate combines strong architecture fundamentals with practical capability in APIs, integrations, data transformation, troubleshooting, and implementation governance.
