Job Description
Position: Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Experience: 2–2.5 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test plans and test cases
Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications
Execute test cases and document results, identifying and tracking defects through resolution
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments
Perform API and basic database testing where required
Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and project timelines
Continuously improve test processes and automation coverage
