FinXL IT is seeking a mid-level Data Business Analyst/Technical Business Analyst to join our Data Migration Delivery team. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves technical role supporting a massive business transformation to replace and upgrade core legacy systems.

You won't just be documenting requirements; you will be the bridge between complex legacy data messes and a scalable, automated future.

  • Location: Remote (Newcastle based twice-monthly for collaboration).
  • Term: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension.
