Responsibilities
+ Assist with day-to-day support of security solutions to ensure continuous protection and compliance.
+ Support engineering and system administration of specialized cybersecurity solutions.
+ Solve complex problems and answer routine questions related to installation, operation, configuration, and customization of cybersecurity software.
+ Identify potential conflicts during the implementation of cybersecurity solutions and recommend resolutions.
+ Review and analyze system logs for performance and anomalies to maintain security integrity.
