Mid Java Developer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual with strong application support experience of 5+ years in Web Platforms. This role requires expertise in working on Linux environment, troubleshooting system issues and supporting various Web Platforms critical to business operations. The candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills; technical writing skills, experience in monitoring and operations, and be comfortable working in a geographically diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical support for web platform application issues, diagnosing and resolving complex problems through in-depth analysis. Escalate unresolved issues to development teams with detailed documentation.
