Mid Java Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Java Developer to join our growing technology team in Makati. The ideal candidate has solid experience in Java development, can work effectively in a hybrid setup, and is able to communicate in Nihongo (Japanese) for coordination with Japanese stakeholders, documentation, or meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Maintain and improve existing systems based on business requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Coordinate and communicate with Japanese counterparts using Nihongo
