Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Cloud account provisioning, access resets, onboarding, and decommissioning within cloud environments
  • Administration and support of cloud platforms (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
  • Cloud identity and access management (IAM) support
  • Cloud endpoint and security policy deployment and troubleshooting
  • Monitor cloud performance and recommend cloud service improvements
  • Maintain cloud documentation and report cloud optimization opportunities to management
  • Own assigned cloud support tasks and provide timely updates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cloud support and cloud infrastructure environments
  • Atleast 8 yrs experience in Cloud
  • Experience in Linux System Admin, Python, Ruby
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-based tools
  • Experience managing cloud user accounts and permissions
