Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Solutions Engineer to support both pre-sales engagements and post-sales technical delivery within our Managed Services team. This role requires a strong blend of customer consulting, solution design, technical implementation, and troubleshooting expertise across Microsoft cloud and security technologies. You will work closely with Sales, Architecture, and Operations teams to design solutions, conduct demos/POCs, and provide L2/L3 support to enterprise customers.
