Microsoft Modern Work Engineer (Copilot & SharePoint)

We are hiring a senior Modern Work Engineer focused on Microsoft Copilot and SharePoint solutions. This role combines hands‑on solution development with client‑facing delivery, scoping, and training. You will design Copilot agents, lead discovery and scoping conversations, lead training sessions, and support Microsoft 365 initiatives across a range of client environments.

You will work across multiple client engagements, moving between solution architecture, solution design and delivery, SharePoint configuration, pre‑sales support, user training, and post‑implementation recommendations.
