Job Role:


  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server instances (2016 and above).
  • Manage database security, user access control, and encryption mechanisms.
  • Design, implement, and optimize database backup and recovery strategies using native and third-party tools.
  • Monitor and tune database performance, including indexing, query optimization, and resource management.
  • Configure and manage High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions (Always On, Log Shipping, Replication, Mirroring).
  • Automate routine database maintenance tasks using SQL Server Agent and PowerShell.
