Key Responsibilities
- Device Management: Enroll, configure, and maintain Windows 11, macOS, and iOS devices at enterprise scale using Intune.
- Enrollment Policies: Design, implement, and manage enrollment policies, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding of devices.
- App Packaging & Deployment: Create and maintain Win32 app packaging using Intune and PSADT. Perform advanced MSI editing with tools such as Orca and Master Packager.
- Autopilot: Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Autopilot, including ESP management, user-driven enrollments, and remediation of Autopilot build issues.
