Job Description
The Dynamic 365 Technical Consultant/Developer needs to be well versed with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Service Hub, Knowledge Management, Self Service Portal, Reports & Dashboards using Power BI/SSRS, Power Automate and Power Apps.
The selected candidate will work as part of the development team, and report to the project manager and technical lead.
