JD:

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards in Dynamics 365.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and services (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, Azure).
  • Customize and extend the CRM platform using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM performance, data integrity, and system errors.
