Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development:
  • Build, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript.
  • Customization & Configuration:
  • Create entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
  • Integration:
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems (APIs, WMS, EDI, marketplaces, websites).
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Develop reports using Power BI and SSRS; manage FetchXML queries.
  • Power Platform:
  • Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI for extended functionality.
  • Maintenance & Support:
