Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support D365 Commerce POS (MPOS/CPOS) , Hardware Station, and Commerce Scale Unit.
Develop POS extensions using Type Script/Java Script (CPOS) and C#/. NET (MPOS/CRT).
Integrate POS with payment systems, loyalty platforms, and third-party retail applications.
Troubleshoot POS performance, sync issues, and hardware integration problems.
Collaborate with functional teams and deliver technical documentation.
Required Skills
Should have 4-5 years of experience.
Hands-on experience with D365 Commerce / Retail.
Strong knowledge of POS customization, CRT, and channel components.
Proficiency in Type Script, Java Script, C#, SQL Server.
Experience with Azure Dev Ops and LCS.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Nice to Have
Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Commerce.
Experience with fiscal integration and e Commerce components.
