SGS is accelerating the digital transformation of its core operational platforms. We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to take ownership of technical delivery and solution architecture across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) , with a strong focus on Customer Service, Field Service and the Power Platform.

This role is hands‑on and delivery‑oriented , combining deep technical leadership with accountability for quality, scalability and production readiness in enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Customer Service / Field Service).
  • Work with the Solution Architect as technical authority during delivery, owning architecture decisions and best practices.
