- Responsible for the design and development, modifications or extensions to the standard D365 CRM applications.
- Support incident cases which includes investigation, documentation and creating fixes and workarounds to meet the customer requirement.
- Work with the client to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and build, test and deploy solutions.
- Troubleshooting, maintenance and integrating CRM application with other systems or platforms.
Must have and Good to have skills:
- Workflows
- Plugin and Custom Workflows
- D365 CE Customizations (BPF, Business Rules, Ribbon customization, Dashboards and other admin settings)
- Power Automate
- 2-3 years of experience

Hybrid - Taguig
