Assist in software configuration and customisation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business requirements.
Perform independently and grow into a subject matter expert (SME).
Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
Provide solutions to work-related challenges.
Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
Integrate CRM with other systems and platforms.
Deliver technical support and troubleshoot CRM issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
