- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Integrate CRM applications with other systems and platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
