  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

  • Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Integrate CRM applications with other systems and platforms.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
