Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offering technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software concerns.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Requirements:

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Information Technology diploma/equivalent
• Mostly remote support – Office based.
