Partner & Sales Coordination
- Support account managers with partner follow-ups and communications
- Maintain CRM hygiene, sales pipeline updates, and partner information
- Coordinate internal communications between sales, presales, operations, and partners
- Assist in partner onboarding and account support processes
- Monitor Microsoft subscription renewal schedules and timelines
- Send renewal reminders and conduct follow-ups with PAMs
- Track renewal progress and maintain accurate renewal records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely renewal processing
- Support sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities
