Overview:
World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Microsoft Productivity & Cloud Engineer.
The Microsoft Productivity & Cloud Engineer is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and evolving Microsoft 365 productivity and cloud services for WWF-US and its Country Offices. This position combines deep technical expertise with strong cultural and linguistic fluency, providing regionally aligned support while contributing to global standards, governance, and continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**:
Microsoft 365 Productivity & Collaboration- Support and optimize administration of Microsoft 365 productivity services, including:
- Microsoft Teams and Teams Admin Center- OneDrive, SharePoint, and their respective Admin Centers- Help provide or design solutions for staff or program workflows utilizing advanced Microsoft tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.- Partner with regional teams to improve adoption and effectiv...
