Job Summary

The job profile is responsible for working on day-to-day operational activities with regards to Unified Communications x Support team. The engineer works on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, handling user management, licensing, permissions, and service configurations. Work closely and under guidance and direction of Team Leads. Required to work in rotational shifts in x, days a year support environment and over weekends as per designed shift roster.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide L support to Emerson Enterprise customers and collaborate with global Teams and engineering teams to ensure a streamlined experience.

  • Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, and role-based access control.

  • Support SharePoint Online site creation, permissions, and basic customization.
