Job Description

5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Strong working knowledge of:
OneDrive for Business (sync issues, storage policies, sharing settings)
SharePoint Online (site collections, permissions, lists/libraries)
Office Apps (installation, activation, performance troubleshooting)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global support environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with ServiceNow
