Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- OneDrive for Business (sync issues, storage policies, sharing settings)
- SharePoint Online (site collections, permissions, lists/libraries)
- Office Apps (installation, activation, performance troubleshooting)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global support environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow
