Job Description

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract Micro Assembly Specialist for a 3-month term in Ang Mo Kio. The role covers die attach and wirebonding for prototype and production builds, and requires operating microelectronics assembly equipment.

You will perform microscope inspection, support prototypes, testing and rework, and record production data while following engineering drawings and quality standards. The position includes rotating night shifts (3:00 PM–12:00 AM and 11:00 PM–8:00 AM).
