Microbiology Lab Management | Microbiology Program Execution | Ingredients & Product Testing & Analysis 

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and oversee all microbiological laboratory activities. Manage day to day tasks like Online Sampling, Analysis of Ingredients, Semifinished products & Finished products. Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of test results.

  • Implement and supervise environmental microbial monitoring programs. Conduct personnel hygiene monitoring for food handlers.

  • Maintain and update microbiology laboratory management system documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Prepare reports for audits, inspections, and management reviews.
