REQUIREMENT: - RSA ID and legal residence essential - Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Events Management, or similar - Proven experience in a MICE or Events Management role within a luxury hospitality environment - Strong planning, organisational, and coordination skills - Excellent communication and client liaison abilities - Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Financial awareness including budgeting and cost control - Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management systems - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan, coordinate, and manage all MICE events at the lodge - Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure expectations are met - Coordinate with all departments (kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, front office) - Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown - Manage event budgets, quotations, and invoicing - Ensure hig...
