About The Role Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a MI Analyst to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. We are looking for an experienced MI Analyst to provide management information (MI) and insights to support Vehicle Remarketing (VRM) with improving performance against key metrics.
This role will build a strong understanding of the reporting needs of individual areas within VRM and provide engaging self service solutions through Oracle Analytics (OAS). They will consistently monitor performance and proactively search for opportunities for improvement.
Key responsibilities: Support operational managers within VRM to drive efficiencies and improvements against key metrics Provide self service solutions to empower business partners with visibility of key performance drivers. Work closely with business partners to identify opportunities and risk; build reporting tools that provide effective controls.
