MHPSS Roving Social Worker

JOB SUMMARY:
The MHPSS Roving Social Worker provides support to the case management team through the Identification of individuals in need of MHPSS services, provision of accurate referrals to Mental Health supported Primary Health Care Centers, integration of MHPSS services into selected Primary Health Care Centers, and conduct awareness sessions and home visits to beneficiaries.
