MHE Training Assessor / Instructor – Solihull

Pay Details: £ per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)


Hours of work:
Rotating shifts:
AM – br>PM – br>Nights – (Mon-Thu only)


Days of work:
Mon-Fri (Mon-Thu for night shift)


Duration:
Ongoing agency work


We are recruiting experienced, qualified MHE Assessors/Instructors for our automotive manufacturing logistics client in Solihull.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture across site operations, ensuring it remains the top priority

  • Deliver and support site inductions covering MHE (Material Handling Equipment) and manual handling for all permanent and agency staff

  • Assist with Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
