In this position, as Test Manager your will lead a team of engineers to develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. You will work across organization functions to resolve technical, quality and production challenges, as well as opportunity to develop excellence in product design and manufacturing. Drive the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. Lead the team on new test software and fixtures deployment including defining the criteria, designs, documents, builds, calibrates, troubleshoots and meet/exceed all safety, quality, cost, efficiency and productivity deliverables.
