+ **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Foster synergy between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
+ **Conflict Resolution:** Expertly manage and resolve guest complaints or concerns, turning potential challenges into True Hospitality moments.
+ **Incident & Emergency Response:** Act as the primary point of contact for any emergencies or unusual incidents, taking immediate and decisive action to ensure safety and security.
