As Fab11 ME DE Manager, you will lead and manage a team of equipment engineers to oversee the tool installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance. To be responsible for the team’s safety, equipment performance, reliability and further improvement. To setup programs and solutions for increasing the tool stability/capability to sustain the manufacturing requirement.

Responsibility and tasks:

  • Be decision maker for teams’ strategy, execution , review and planning for capacity/quality/yield and cost. As well as the development of team member growing.
