ESG & Sustainability

  • Support the development and execution of the Company's sustainability and ESG strategy, objectives, and roadmap in alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional business units to embed ESG considerations into operations, policies, and decision-making processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the ESG dashboard to track performance against defined KPIs, targets, and commitments.
  • Lead the preparation and annual publication of the Sustainability / ESG Report in line with applicable Indian and global frameworks and regulations (including but not limited to GRI, BRSR, TCFD, SASB, Integrated Reporting, and WEF-IBC).
  • Provide technical guidance on environmental and social impact assessments, sustainability risks, and mitigation measures across projects and business initiatives.
