Maintain accurate program documentation and evidence. Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (security operations, engineering, risk, compliance, vendors). Hold teams accountable for performance, quality, and timelines. Manage subcontractors and third-party providers as part of the delivery model. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Stimulate consultative approach along with adjustment ways of working to local customs with consideration to Code of Conduct and local OHS.
