Key Responsibilities

• ATE Test Program Development: Design, debug, and maintain complex test programs for production, characterization, and qualification on Advantest T2000 and Teradyne UltraFlex platforms (or similar).
• Vector Processing and Conversion: Convert test patterns into tester‑compatible formats and validate execution across environments.
• Hardware Expertise: Define and drive loadboard/socket/handler requirements.
• Silicon Characterization: Execute validation across PVT corners.
• Optimization: Test flows and test time optimization to achieve cost efficiency.
• Production Support: Partner with global manufacturing teams to release test programs and support high‑volume ramps; address test escapes and yield excursions.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to define requirements and deliver high‑quality test programs.
