This position is responsible for developing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs. Is responsible for developing new processes, make-ready techniques and machine modifications to improve the manufacturing processes and procedures. Is responsible and accountable for facilitating a safe work environment, requiring that safe practices are designed into all processes and procedures. Is responsible for development of written training curriculum, operating procedures, ongoing observation and assessment of skilled staff, and conducting hands-on and classroom training sessions for employees. Responsible for coordinating new materials testing and for issuing suggestions based on results / findings. This position will maintain and support our entire fleet of Bobst Hot Stamp and Die Cutting equipment.
