What You'll Do
This position would focus on designing, implementing and reviewing of manufacturing processes and selection of equipments as per the Product design and Manfacturing feasibility. Performs periodic Process checks, identify process gaps, works on eliminating non-conformances through appropriate Problem-solving techniques such as DoE, Process Capability study, SPC, PFMEA etc.
Ensures production machines uptime and follow strong TPM practices to eliminate breakdown & reduce set-up time
Key deliverables include ZERO Customer complaints due to Process issues,First Pass Yield, Cost of Non-conformance( scrap/warranty),MTTR/MTBF, Preventive Maintenance Schedule adherence, Repair & maintenance Budget control
Enhance organization's efficiency, productivity, and quality by analyzing processes, implementing strategies like Lean or Six Sigma, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
