• Unboxing, racking, stacking, and physically installing servers, switches, and other data center equipment.
• Installing new hardware, replacing faulty components (like interface cards or disk drives), and assisting with initial device configurations under remote guidance
• Running, labeling, testing, and managing network and power cables to ensure proper connectivity and organization
• Performing basic hardware troubleshooting, power cycling devices, and executing routine maintenance tasks on-site
• Conducting physical inventory, verifying serial numbers, and taking digital photos of equipment for asset tracking purposes
•Acting as the physical presence for remote engineers, implementing their instructions to complete tasks that require on-site access
