Job Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to distributors and installers in Mexico, and offer on-site support when necessary.
• Repair inverters, diagnose faults, and organize after-sales service data.
• Guide and support installers in the installation, monitoring, and later operation and maintenance of residential photovoltaic power stations.
• Provide promotional support to the sales team.

Job Requirements

• Hold a background in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation. Candidates with hands‑on experience in solar PV will be prioritized.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer and office software operations, enabling efficient data management and technical documentation.
