AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Metallurgist. 

As a Metallurgist the incumbent will join a team formed specifically to deliver a World Class metrology hub as an integral component of AGCO's supplier quality initiatives, sourcing strategies and efficiencies pursuant to AGCO's Farmer First model and NPS aspirations. The Metallurgist will provide metallurgical expertise, technical / operational project support, prepare, perform and document all elements of metallurgy inclusive of casting, forging, heat treat, machining, mechanical properties, certifications failure analysis for root causes for the purposes of part level PPAP / ISIR in the APQP process for part validation and approval for AGCO's serial production...
